I 1. ADMINISTRATIVE: R/O D.No.11-240/1, Krishnanagar, Durga

Nagar Post, Naidu Thota Pendurthi mandal,

Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh –

2. VISION:- INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) envisions an egalitarian society where every individual’s rights are valued as a lived reality and treated with utmost dignity.

3. MISSION:- Our Mission is to expose, challenge and end the structures and systems of discrimination. We act as drivers of social change to create a culture of Human Rights compliance and accountability.

 

II. OBJECTS OF INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC): –

The INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) is established to protect and promote the human right and work against crime violence and corruption, spread awareness among the citizens of India especially weaker section of the society, the trust will work on- Literacy, health, Women & Youth Empowerment, Skill Development. Digital INDIA & START Ups’. Solar Energy, Environment protection, Sexual Awareness & Women Protection Drives, corruption & crime control and all other social & cultural programs direct & indirect related to care of poor and needy people, women, and children, disable persons, elderly citizens, & Animals, all kind of training programs, SC & ST minority wings research & investigations, poverty alleviation and establishment of RTI protection force, all types of RTI Acts, PVTG’S Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups, I TRUSTED YOU Integrated Tribal, Rural, Urban Skills Training Environment Development Youth Of Unity.

1. To achieve these objects trust can –

a) To Promote and to protect the human right.

b) To promote and to protect the mother and child right.

c) To promote constitutions & law and protection of fundamental rights.

d) Giving Support to Labour and Poor.

e) Girl child protection scheme is aimed to preventing gender discrimination by empowering and protecting rights of girl children & marriage of poor girls

f) Counseling Family Issues.

g) Work for Social justice.

h) Diffusion of useful Knowledge among the members.

i) To encourage Games and Culture activities.

j) Work for right of empowerment of women in rural and urban area.

k) Work as Non-Political & Non-Religious Association.

l) To promote the fine arts and identify and encourage talents among the Young Generation.

m) Awareness by Giving Achievement AWARDS to public servant and social activities and Public Responsibilities.

n) Conducting public meetings, awareness programs in tribal, rural, backward, urban, slum areas, cities etc at any places.

o) Conducting medical camps blood donation camps at any places.

p) To promote and protect consumer rights

q) To enable and promote print and electronic media, for protection of people rights.

r) To aware and help the people for free education for backward caste, poor and needy people on availability of seats as per education Act in schools, colleges & universities etc.,

s) If there is any need of amendment in bylaw or other there can be include in the objects

t) To enable legal cell in all areas and appoint legal advisors for giving free legal suggestions to people.

 

2. The founder shall keep true and accurate accounts to be kept of all money received and spend and of all matters in respect thereof in course of management of Trust properties or in relation to the carrying out of the objects and purposes of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) as well as of all assets, credits and effects of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) properties.

3. The furtherance of the objects of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) and in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, for the investment or use of INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) Funds, for the time being in force, the Trustee will have the following powers:

a) To accept any donation, contribution, loan, grant or subscription in cash or in kind from any person, body or personal body of persons or trust, with or without conditions.

b) To apply the whole or part of the income of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) Fund or accumulation thereof or whole or part of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) Fund to any one or more of the objects of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) as the Founder may in their discretion from time to time determine.

c) To convert and deal with the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) property and / or to carry the investments for the time being.

d) To borrow or raise or secure payments of money and also to lend money either with or without security.

e) To sell, dispose of, alienate or otherwise deal with any property comprising the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) Fund To let-out, demise any immovable property comprised in the Trust Fund for such period and at such rent on such terms and conditions as the Trustees in their discretion may think fit.

III. CHIEF PATRON/PATRONS:

The governing body may according to such terms and condition as it shall decide from time to time admit as patrons those persons who are likely to help in furthering the objective and causes of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) either through their professional knowledge and experience and /or through financial assistance.

IV. MEMBERS:

1 All persons who have attained 18 years of age and have subscribed to the aims and objects of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) subject to the approval of the Governing Body will be entitled to be its members. The decision of the Governing body in this regard shall be final and binding.

2 Members membership donations and designation should be decided by national chairman.

3 The members will not be entitled to receive any profit, but the members may receive honorarium/salaries and reimburse all expenses actually incurred by them in connection with their duties relating to INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC).

4 The members shall be accountable only for such moneys, and funds, which will actually come into their hands.

V. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP OF IHRC:

1 On death
2 On written resignation

3 On unsound mind

4 If found to be involved in any anti social activities

5 If found guilty by means of anti propaganda of the Aims and Objects of the Trust

6 If has not attended three consecutive meeting of the Governing Body without information

7 If he is requested to resign by 2/3rd or as near thereto possible of the remaining Trustees.

VI. The benefits of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) are open to all Citizens of India irrespective of caste, creed, race, colour, religion,sex, etc.

VII. COMMITTEES:

Trust can permit its beneficiaries to elect committee or committees from among themselves for the smooth and efficient running of any particular branch of its activities. They can form rules and regulations for that particular branch under the given condition.

INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, STATE, DISTRICT, & BLOCK/MANDAL LEVEL COMMITTEES SHOULD BE INSTITUTED FOR MEETING THE OBJECTIVE OF IHRC.

INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) Administration Key Functions and Procedures (Methods to be adopted by Village, Mandal, District, State, National, International Offices)

1. First any complaint through complainant should be made in writing in the concerned office of our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) (directly) and the copy should be posted by the concerned officer in the WhatsApp group of the concerned district officer, if the complainant is a illiterate and he could not able to written properly (if Nisani) then the concerned officer should write the complaint with someone else and sign the complainant. And also taking the signatures of those who wrote the complaint (officers of our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) should not write such complaints it will not acceptable)

2. On the complaint given by the complainant, the concerned officer of our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) should give a written receipt with the complaint number, current date, stamp and signature of the officer, and before taking the complaint, the complaint should be thoroughly examined and taken by our organization, and the correct decision should be taken after fully confirming that it is acceptable or not acceptable.

3. A separate file should be maintained for the complaint received and the relevant, current and factual evidence should be taken in it from time to time. In order to register the complaints received in the office, it should be registered in a special register. A register should be established similarly a separate register should be established for others.

4. Importantly, a minute register should be maintained specially for the related cases where the respective officials go for the examination of the actual evidence and the time, date, area, names of the officials, the designations of the officials etc. should be recorded.

5. The person mentioned by the complainant (Party A) will not come to our office to find out the facts, but if he does not come, our officers should go and try to find out the facts

6. You should examine the factual evidence you have taken from both parties (Party A, Party B and others) and take appropriate steps to resolve the matter fairly or give counseling to both parties and try to find a suitable resolution, each matter should be recorded in the minute book.

7. If the redressed is not done fairly by then, the official of our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) in your district should give the relevant complaints to the Legal Secretary with factual evidence and record in the minute book.

8. Officials of our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) should not visit the concerned government or private works or go into the concerned field without taking any complaint in writing.

9. Every matter shall be transparently recorded in the minute book from time to time from the time of receiving the complaint from the complainant till the resolution of the complaint.

10. If there are any problems, cases and complaints resolved in your district, the complaints should be sent to the state office through the respective state vice-presidents, and the complaints should be sent to the national office together with the previous activities.

11. INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) Its main objective is to establish a better society and corruption free society.

12. Everyone should have respect for the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC),

14. Everyone should do our best to make a corruption free society, country and place.

15. ID cards of INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) should be used for public interest and not for personal purposes.

16. In the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) from member to chairman should have respect for their superiors, (we respect their position not personal),

17. Everyone should have respect for institutions, laws, systems and government officials in society.

18. Legal action against those involved in any illegal activities in the systems or with the officers of the government system shall be decided by the court.

19. In our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) anyone from member to chairman should fight legal battles and also no sit-ins, anti-social activities, loss of government property, deprivation of rights of anyone (people).

20. One should avoid personal gain and contribute to the benefit of the society, doing activities for the society, helping those who do activities for the society, good for the country and the region, without expecting anything from the people in the society, you should have a sense of service and offer your services without expecting anything in our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC).

21. When working in the public interest, you should tell your superiors and work as a team under your authorities, you should not take your own decisions, if you want to meet or talk with government officials in any organization or system, you should get the permission of that government official.

22. In society, in forest area, in school, in college, in backward areas, in slums, society should show respect for the country until the rights of human beings are known, respect for elders in the society should be there,

23. The officers between village, mandal member and mandal president or in-charge should work under mandal president or in-charge and submit the report to mandal president or in-charge, mandal president or in-charge should work under district president or in-charge of district and the organization should work under district in-charge from district members. District in-charges elected by the state should submit report to the district president or district in-charge District in-charge elected by the state should submit a report to the state president, State presidents should send a complete report to the National Chairman of Indo Human Rights Committee (IHRC) should function from state level member to state presidents, INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) works under the Chairman of the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) where all the officers from the State President to the National Members shall have full authority to question and visit all the officers mentioned above. No one’s permission is required in this. No one has the right to question the chairman.

24. The chairman must be an admin in all WhatsApp groups to observe all the groups. A group without a national chairman has nothing to do with the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC). Irrelevant group and whatever group they belong to is not related to the chairman, when doing a case or doing good work they should be praised on WhatsApp by which the person will work with double enthusiasm. So that the INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) and the society will be strengthened, everyone should be friendly on WhatsApp, no one should violate the human rights and freedom of speech in a derogatory way, If someone sends a WhatsApp message and you don’t like it, call their personal number and convince them to delete that post, no one should make any controversial arguments in the group, when a problem arises, good advice and suggestions should be given in the group.

Note Our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) is not responsible for the consequences if anyone violates the above duties and procedures Note that whoever follows the above duties and procedures as a discipline will have the back of the officers and ultimately our INDO HUMAN RIGHTS CARE (IHRC) will take full responsibility.
