STEPS IN FILLING IN THE APPLICATION FORM
Step 1:- DOWNLOAD the Application.
Step2:- Fill the application on both sides and must be signed on both sides in the application.
Step 3:- After signature scan the QR CODE and make the payment for the membership donation.
Step 4:- After payment write down your UTR number in payment details.
Step 5 :- At last, send your application to the WhatsApp number 7997747779 along with the screenshot of the payment.
