Founded by National Chairman Rajana Prasada Rao, a decorated former Indian Armed Forces- ARMY done national and international services and a proud recipient of multiple prestigious UNO service medal in peace keeping force in UNITED NATIONS MISSION IN SUDAN ( UNMIS) a country in African Continent.
IHRC is the embodiment of a lifetime dedicated to peace, justice, and human dignity. With years of global exposure through United Nations peacekeeping missions, Mr. R Prasada Rao has witnessed both the fragility and strength of humanity across borders, cultures, and crises.
Moved by these experiences and driven by a relentless spirit to serve, he established Indo Human Rights Care (IHRC) — not just as an organization, but as a movement for change.

Col Ashish Mehta – IHRC National Co-ordinator got commissioned into Infantry, the Rajput Regiment ,Indian Army as Second Lieutenant after undergoing intensive Military Training for four years in premium Training Institutes,
National Defence Academy, Khadakvasla, Pune , and Indian Military Academy, Dehradun .
He has had challanging tenures in Militancy Environment encounters in Srinagar, Gulmarg, Bimbhargali Poonch,also served in Kargil Regions , Jammu , Udhampur , Punjab ,Rajasthan , Assam , Arunachal Pradesh .
He led his Battalion Convoy of Hundred Vehicles for 3 days in Jammu and Kashmir successfully countering a Militant attack directly on his vehicle, leading the Battalion Convoy .
Col Ashish Mehta has had vast experience in Military Operations, Administration, Logistics , Planning and Welfare . He has been a strong leader with Motivational Leadership and management style for building an integrated and result oriented outfits .
Had tenures in NCC as Training Officer , Karnataka NCC, Group Headquarters, Delhi and Assam, preparing Cadets for Republic Day Parade, NCC training camps.
He has been an Instructor in some Army Schools of Instructions in the Army ,
1) High Altitude Warfare School , Gulmarg and Sonemarg
2) Desert Battle School , Jodhpur
3) Siachin Training Team.
Col Ashish has been a Mountaineer and a Skier , leading his Battalion Mountain Expedition to the highest peak in Lohith Region , Arunachal Pradesh, and was awarded Chief of Army Staff Commendation Medal and appreciated by the then Def Minister . He has been decorated with many medal ribbons operating in various Military Regions in his 37 years of Service in the Army.
Col Ashish led many professional teams to Gold/Silver medal Wins in his Battalion till Division and Command Levels, viz, Mine Laying , Desert Navigation, Cross Country, Mortar firing Competion, LMG and Rifle Firing Competitions, etc .
Col Ashish has done Post Graduate Management Courses in Army and in Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan , Bangalore, and stint as Chief Protocol Officer for two years for Army with Civil Governance , Vidhan Soudha , Karnataka , interacting with successive Chief Secretaries,Police Commisioners , Principal Secretaries, Vidhan Soudha staff facilitating progress in various Army Civil Liaison ,subjects and concerns .In addition he has been closely associated with PR and Media Management in some Military Stations, more prominantly as a Media Management Officer in World Military Games in 2008 in Secunderabad Hyderabad where Military Teams of 102 countries participated in a mega Games and Sports Event,
He has been on Board of Members in Army and KV Schools in some Military Stations .
Post Military Service Career
he has been Head Administrator of Schools , viz Capstone High School, Gopalan International School and served as consultant and Administrator at Oxford Dental and Engineering colleges, and Educational Institutions.
Commissioned into the Indian Army,Rajput Regiment ,Infantry after 3 years NDA- National Defense Academy Training ,followed by 1 year Training in IMA -Indian Military Academy ,Dehradun .
Served in the Army 37 years and 6 months .
Also have a vast experience in the civvie world and Schools as Head Admismistrator and Business Growth consultant in Schools ,viz,Capstone High School,Gopalan International School ,and Oxford Group of Educational Institutions .
Also have been on Advisory capacity to Schools in some locations in the Army .
Have Commanded Rifle Companies and officiating Second in Command in various Operational locations in NORTH East,Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and Rajasthan .
Was a Post Commander opposite China Post in Arunachal Pradesh on the borders .
